BreezAir Coolers Installation Price List

We install the next generation of BreezAir coolers that feature direct drive (no belts), AutoDrain, Water Manager, Variable Speed and MagIQtouch touch screen control. 

Shown here are the coolers with the different ducting and vent packages we offer.  BreezAir TBQI coolers are available in 2 cabinet sizes to give you a choice of 2 different sizes of cooling capacity. An optional WeatherSeal damper assembly is available for additional cost.

The TBQI-5500, the smaller cabinet, is only 26” tall.  The TBQI-7500 cabinet is 34” tall.  The TBQI series with the MagIQtouch thermostat is by far our most popular package.

Installation Includes Cooler, Thermostat Control, Custom Roof Jack (6/12 pitch max.), Insulated Duct, one Diffuser (also called "the vent"), connection to water source, Full Start-up, Annual Maintenance Agreement, Labor and Materials. 

Price Does Not Include Required Permits, Electrical and Upgrades You May Need to Meet Current Codes.

The BreezAir Elite series of coolers feature the variable speed motor and MagIQtouch thermostat for comfort at your fingertips.  Also comes standard with the water manager and auto drain to keep your cooler operating cleaner and lasting longer.  Xcel Energy Company rebate of $675.00-$1200 for new installations.
